Where’s The Gnome?

I thought I would showcase a series of really bad, but super hilarious, outfit outtakes I have artistically titled, “Where’s the gnome?”

I am so thankful my husband was there to document all of the beautiful faces I have made this past month the moment I realized I had forgotten my gnome for my outfit pictures or I have dropped the poor thing. These are real pictures and these moments were actually captured at the moment of realization without prompting:

Dude. Calm down. I’m right here.

Geesh.

  1. Hee hee hee. Suzanne said it! You and the gnome are a great comedy duo.

Your husband is a great photographer. His photos of you are always so wonderful and I love that he captures these candid shots.

    • Thanks Cynthia. He’s my favorite inanimate partner. : )

I keep telling my husband what a great photographer he is. I asked him the other day, “Honey, are you sad that you are such a good photographer that now I ask you to take all of my pictures.”

He insisted he loves it, but he is a trooper. Thankfully, I only ask him to do it about two to three times a week and it is usually convenient to what we are all ready out doing. Or in our backyard.

      Have a great week!

    • Ha! Thank you Melodee! He is a good sport. He never, ever, ever complains about it. It does take less than five minutes per photo session, so I think that is part of it. We’re quick! : ).

Have a happy week! Where did this weekend go?

  2. It’s a great quality to be able to laugh at yourself, it means you are confident! And a fun person! I admit, I’m not sure I’d have the hutzpah to do that! YEAY YOU!

    • Thank you Rebecca! I am always laughing at myself. I try not to take anything too seriously. Well, except for my marriage and raising kids. But pictures? They are fair game. : ). Life is too short to not be silly!

Thank you for the compliments! I appreciate them so much.

I hope you are having sweet dreams!

  3. These are so funny! I love your expressions, especially in the last photo (where you’re picking up the poor fallen gnome).

Your husband is an amazing photographer!

    • Thank you Liana! That poor gnome. ; ). I do not know how my husband does it. He just has an eye for photography. I can take a picture of an item and then he takes the same picture and it looks completely different. I am really lucky that he will take my pictures. He is so sweet.

      Have a terrific Tuesday!

      Jenni
